The Aircraft is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties implied or expressed. Neither the auctioneer nor owners shall be liable for any incorrect description, fault, or defect. Everything positively sells to the highest bidder. Payment must be made in full prior to any removal of the Aircraft. Auctioneer is not responsible for accidents or stolen property once the highest bid is accepted. Announcements made day of sale takes precedence over all printed material. Potential buyers must perform all due diligence prior to close of auction.
Payment options include: Cash, Certified Check and Wire Transfer. Payment must be received within 72 hours of the close of the auction.
Sales Tax and Transfer Fees: Any and all sales taxes will be the responsibility of buyer to pay. Also, any transfer fees associated with the Aircraft (FAA, other governmental agency, LearJet, etc) will be the sole responsibility of buyer.
Additional Flying Aircraft Terms: Buyer is responsible to ensure that it will have the appropriate governmental status to register the Aircraft, buyer must provide in place insurance for the Aircraft and liability prior to taking possession of the Aircraft, buyer will indemnify Lyon Auction for any and all damages arising out of buyer’s operation and use of the Aircraft, and buyer will provide all appropriate governmental registrations, licenses, etc. prior to taking possession of the Aircraft. All Aircraft descriptions and times are believed to be true. It is the Buyer's responsibility to read all logs and verify prior to bidding. Such logs will be available for review upon request.
Preview date and time: on-site preview of the Aircraft will occur as requested and coordinated through Alex Lyon & Son.
Any person or entity wanting to bid on the Aircraft is required to wire a $25,000 bidder deposit fee to Alex Lyon & Son. If you are not the winning bidder, this bidder deposit will be returned wired back after the close of the auction.
