Everything Sells “AS IS, WHERE IS.” The following charges will apply on all purchases: (1.) For each unit $50,001.00 and above, a 9,5% administration fee will be assessed when paying with cash or good check. and (2.) For each unit $5,001- $50,000, a 12.75 % administration fee will be assessed when paying with cash or good check, (3.) For each unit $1.00- $5.000, a 15.0 % administration fee will be assessed when paying with cash or good check.
INTERNET BIDDING (ONLINE BIDDING): a $ 1000.00 (Canadian dollars) refundable deposit is require to be able to bid by Internet,(phone us PRIOR to the Auction to arrange your credit card refundable deposit) ANY PURCHASE PAID BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGE A 3% ADDITIONAL FEE
