Scranton, Pennsylvania is the sixth largest city in PA. Scranton’s incorporation as a town was exactly 162 years ago on February 14, 1856 and it officially became a city a year later.

Scranton served as a major industrial city, a center of mining and railroads, and a very popular place for thousands of immigrants.

The population may only be 77,294 people today, but there are many things that Scranton has to offer in 2018.

Before traveling to Scranton for the auction, there are a few things you should know.

Some places you should check out include The Steamtown National Historic Site, The Electric City Trolley Station and Museum, Pennsylvania Anthracite Heritage Museum, Scranton Lake Walking Path, and Montage Mountain.
